Useful Information for Our Customers
The quality of interpreting services depends largely on the customer. I always do everything possible to ensure you receive the best interpreting possible. However I do have our limitations. For instance, I can't always read your thoughts or receive additional information from nowhere. This is why I ask my customers not to forget that before the event where simultaneous or consecutive interpreting will be required that it is very - no, extremely! - important to give the interpreter any reference material that he/she can use to learn about the specific terminology to be used, the agenda, the products/services/issues to be discussed.
If you're planning an event with simultaneous interpreting, please try and provide me, if not with the text of the speech, then at least with its outline, as well as the approximate schedule of the event. You can't imagine how satisfied you will be with the result in that case... and how thankful I will be to you! :)
Also, if you have any additional recommendations or requests, don't hesitate to let me know - and the sooner the better.
It is recommended to order interpreting services at least 3 days before the event.
